Medical Embryology This course is designed for graduate students and professional students with a sincere interest in the discipline. The course covers the general topic of human embryology, from the initial development of the germs cells, fertilization, and the key events that take place suring the devleopme of the conceptus and fetus leading up to birth. A large emphasis is placed on the clinical significance of those events as their basis in a vast array of fetal, neonatal and adult clinical pathologies.

Current Issues in the Biology of Neurons and Glia. This course will be taught in 532 Morrill.
Description Discussion of current topics of interest in higher eukaryotic cellular and molecular biology, development, neurobiology; seminar or lecture format. Topics vary. May be repeated to a maximum of 8 hours. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor.
