Meet Leena Lukose

Hi everyone! My name is Leena Lukose and I am a senior double majoring in MCB and Psychology with a minor in Chemistry on the premed track. I am concentrating in Behavioral Neuroscience in Psychology while also gaining the Neuroscience certificate in MCB. I deeply enjoy and value gaining clinical healthcare experiences. I have been a Phlebotomist/EKG tech at Christie Clinic for over a year while also a Medical Assistant at OSF OnCall Urgent Care! Both experiences have connected me to the Champaign-Urbana community and provided me with a platform to directly aid those in need of care. On campus, I have been a Learning Assistant (LA) for Physics 101 and 102. I am also involved in a few RSOs, my most active involvement being in Phi Delta Epsilon. In my free time I love to go on runs, bake different desserts, and hang out with friends! UIUC is a great school, with one of its biggest assets being the people! I advise getting out of your comfort zone in classes and clubs to get to know those around you! Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about Pre-Med, MCB, or work/school balance in undergrad!
