Hi! My name is Vani Sharma (she/her), and I am from Mount Prospect, IL. I am a junior majoring in MCB Honors and minoring in public health while pursuing a neuroscience certificate on the pre-medical track. On campus, some of my involvements include AED, Positive Pre-Meds, Illini Strings, conducting research in a women's health & metabolism lab, serving as an undergraduate research ambassador, and being a teaching assistant for chemistry. I am a huge advocate for mental health advocacy. With that being said, I know the transition to college can be difficult as well as going down the pre-health route, I would love to be resource for general college questions, academic/personal/professional growth, & pre-health inquiries.
