Meet Grace Tolentino

Hi everyone! My name is Grace Tolentino. I am a senior majoring in MCB pursuing a Certificate in Infection Biology and minoring in Public Health. I would like to become a PA or a nurse. I am also interested in working in public health at some point in my career because I am very interested in reducing health disparities and improving population health. I am part of Dr. Sarah Geiger's lab and assist with epidemiology research about the environmental health of children. On campus, I am a member of the Harm Reduction Peers and the Special Populations Peers. I am a board member for the Philippine Student Association and a musician for Barkada, a Filipino cultural performance group. I have also been an Orientation Leader for the past three years and love helping new students transition to college life. I have volunteered at Carle Foundation Hospital and am a nursing/medical assisting intern at Promise Healthcare. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing instruments, and singing. If you have any questions about classes, RSOs, volunteering, or anything at all, please reach out! I would love to help in any way I can!
