As a graduate student, you’ll work alongside creative, collaborative faculty and students. You will learn with people who have diverse ideas and perspectives. And you’ll be supported by faculty and staff who are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment.
Health and wellbeing resources
The university's Mental Health and Wellness website provides information on resources available on our campus. Mental health, wellness, access, and accommodation resources are complex, can overlap, and can be addressed on the individual, social, and institutional levels. The campus site aims to be both specific and flexible enough to get you connected to the right resources to address your concerns. MCB has also compiled a list of offices and organizations related to physical and mental health.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
The Graduate College provides numerous resources and events on topics from fellowships and other funding opportunities to safety and well-being.
International Students and Scholars Services
The Office of International Student and Scholars Services offers a variety of assistance, such as advising, immigration services, and programming for our international students.
The Biology Virtual Library serves the Schools of Molecular & Cellular Biology and Integrative Biology. Subject areas include all aspects of the biological sciences, biochemistry, and other interdisciplinary areas. The print collection is housed in the Funk/ACES Library.
Library guides for each department:
Biology librarian Kelli Trei and other Funk Library librarians and staff are available to provide reference services and to support your research, teaching, and learning. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for support.
MCB Graduate Student Association
