Undergraduate majors in the School of MCB who are interested in taking MCB 245 in Fall 2025 for the purpose of pre-health professions should add themselves to The Career Center Pre-Health Professions Canvas site and then to the Priority List for MCB 245. Students in majors outside of the School of MCB should use Priority Lists available through their colleges and other units. Specifically, some majors and future degree programs in the College of AHS, College of ACES, DGS/EXP, and Career Center for pre-health professions.

MCB 100 does not have any restrictions and will be available according to the University's priority structure.

MCB 101 will be available only through authorization.  Priority lists are in use in ACES, DGS/EXP, the Career Center (for Pre-Health), and SIB.  Please use the Priority List that is appropriate for you. If there are open seats after 23 April, they will be open to all.

The following Advanced MCB Courses (at the 300- and 400-level) are restricted to undergraduates majoring in MCB, Neuroscience, and Biochemistry. The following restrictions are in place: Seniors (90+ cr. hours) 9 April 8:40 am - 11 April 4:40 pm; Juniors (60-89 cr. hours) 16 April 9:40 am to 18 April 11:40 pm. All restrictions will be lifted on 21 April and remaining seats will become available. Please use the feature in Course Explorer that allows you to "favorite" courses and sections so that you are notified when/if your selections become available.
