Course Restrictions, Seat Reservations, and Authorization

Please note that all changes to course restrictions, seat reservations, and authorizations are done manually for every section in a course and in some cases for every student (authorizations). It takes time. All times of day listed below are approximate.

Undergraduate majors in the School of MCB (MCB, MCB Honors, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, MCB + Data Science) who are interested in taking MCB 247 in Spring 2026: Use this LINK to submit a form with information for us. We will authorize you to enroll. Once authorized you will have until November 30^th to enroll. Please monitor your email closely and act promptly when notified. Please also use caution; dropping the course in order to change your section is likely to result in you losing your seat in the course. MCB 101: will be available through authorization only. If you are a declared major in AHS, ACES, BIOE, or Exploratory Studies, check your email for links through which you can submit required information. Please use the form that pertains to your major to assure access.
