Friday, March 10th is the last day to drop a full semester course. MCB advising will be holding express hours all day both Thursday and Friday of that week for any issues that might arise because of the drop deadline. Reminder: express times are for quick questions, i.e. 10 minutes or less. If more time is needed the advisor will help you make a full half-hour appointment.
MCB ADVISING OFFICE HOURS DURING SPRING BREAK
Our office will be closed during spring break and no in-person or drop-in appointments will be available. There may be a possibility for a virtual appointment, but this should be arranged with the advisor prior to break. We will reopen with full services on Monday, March 20 at 8:30 AM. Enjoy your time away from classes!
Drop-in Advising: During weekdays, the advising office will hold drop-in hours. See the calendar below for exact times. Note those times may vary from day to day and week to week.
Private study space available in the MCB Advising suite
Nowadays when some things are in-person and some things are still online, we know that finding space to attend Zoom classes, study, or have virtual appointments without disturbing anyone or being disturbed can be challenging. We have office space available in the MCB Advising Suite that we are making available for reservation. To reserve this space, please visit the following links:
You may reserve more than one hour-long timeslot, but please be considerate of others needing to use the space as well. Questions? Please contact Tim Bowers via email at tebowers@illinois.edu or by calling the MCB Advising office at 217-333-6774.
